About Pascale Lefeuvre

Pascale Lefeuvre is Managing Director of Dasir, a family business in France founded by her grandfather in 1956. Today, the company supplies more than four million parts each year, supporting around 800 customers with fast, dependable deliveries that help keep workshops and motorists moving.

Having joined the business at the age of 20, Pascale gained experience across a range of roles before succeeding her father as Managing Director. Working alongside him during the transition gave her a deep understanding of the business, its people and the relationships that have been built over generations.

Under her leadership, Dasir continues to place people at the centre of everything it does. For Pascale, trust is built through consistency, honesty and keeping your word. Whether supporting customers through difficult times, responding quickly when it matters most or standing by long-term commitments to colleagues, she believes lasting partnerships are created by reliably delivering and doing exactly what you say you will.
