Jean-François Niort – Trusted to deliver.

Jean-François knows that trust is never given automatically – it’s earned over time, by consistently delivering for customers. Watch his story.

About Jean-François Niort

Jean-François Niort is President of the Niort Frères family group, a family-owned business founded in 1946 by two brothers whose spirit of innovation and long-term investment continues to shape the company today. Serving the automotive aftermarket, the business combines advanced logistics with a commitment to helping customers adapt to an industry that is constantly evolving.

Jean-François believes trust is the foundation of every successful organisation. Whether supporting a customer through a complex challenge or giving colleagues the freedom to take responsibility, he sees trust as something that is built gradually through actions rather than words. His own leadership is rooted in delegation, recognising that lasting success depends on the expertise and commitment of the people around him.

Having guided the business through both opportunities and difficult periods, Jean-François believes resilience comes from strong relationships. For him, lasting partnerships are created by listening, helping when it matters most and proving, day after day, that customers and colleagues can rely on you.

This very special collection of films has been created to celebrate 85 years of trust between MANN-FILTER and our global community of partners and customers. Because when your reputation depends on every job being as good as the last, a trusted relationship is everything.

Here our partners and customers share what trust means to them, how it's earned and why they believe it matters.
