Mahmut Colak – Trusted to deliver.

Mahmut’s transparent approach to every aspect of business delivers confidence that lasts long after the job is done. Watch his story.

About Mahmut Colak

Mahmut Colak is owner of KFZ-Welt Colak, a family-owned automotive workshop with a close-knit team of around ten people. Mahmut is responsible for every aspect of the business, from customer service and workshop operations to planning and administration, and he believes that trust is earned through the small actions that customers experience every day.

For Mahmut, transparency is central to building lasting relationships. Customers are invited into the workshop to see repairs for themselves, inspect replaced parts and understand exactly what work has been carried out. This open approach has helped create long-term customer relationships, with many returning year after year because they know they can rely on both the advice they receive and the quality of the work.

That same philosophy extends to his team. Mahmut believes trust begins by supporting employees, solving problems together and creating a culture where everyone looks out for one another. Whether helping a customer solve a difficult repair or ensuring a colleague has the support they need, he sees trust as something that is earned every day through honesty, teamwork and genuine care.

Whether it’s in the workshop, on the road, behind the scenes, or on the racetrack, trust in the people and products around them – and in their own experience and judgement – is what gives professionals and their teams the confidence and clarity they need to perform at their best and deliver, every day.

This very special collection of films has been created to celebrate 85 years of trust between MANN-FILTER and our global community of partners and customers. Because when your reputation depends on every job being as good as the last, a trusted relationship is everything.
