About Stefan Kursch

Stefan Kursch is a racing driver with Kursch Kurtscheid Racing , a family-run amateur motorsport team that has been competing together since 2020. What began with three brothers sharing a passion for racing has grown into a close-knit team of family, friends and volunteers, all working together to prepare, maintain and race their own truck.

Away from the circuit, Stefan is involved in every aspect of preparing the race truck. On race day, however, his only responsibility is driving. That level of focus is only possible because he has complete confidence in the people around him, each playing their part to ensure the team performs at its best.

For Stefan, motorsport is the ultimate team sport. Trust cannot be demanded. It develops over time as people learn from one another, support each other through mistakes and work towards a common goal. Whether on or off the track, he believes success comes from sticking together, because the team is nothing without the individual, and the individual is nothing without the team.
