Outstanding innovation: CLEPA honors MANN-FILTER sustainability initiative
- New product innovation made from renewable raw materials enhances the sustainability of existing vehicles
- Filtration brand receives the European automotive supplier association’s Innovation Award in the “Green” category
Ludwigsburg, November 19, 2025 – MANN-FILTER, the global premium brand of filtration expert MANN+HUMMEL, has been recognized as a top innovator by the European Association of Automotive Suppliers, CLEPA. The award-winning technology features new CO₂-reduced filters that partially replace crude oil through the targeted use of renewable raw materials. These innovative filters are part of the Ludwigsburg-based family company’s comprehensive sustainability strategy. Additional initiatives to promote more sustainable mobility are already in the pipeline. Hasmeet Kaur, President Division Transportation at MANN+HUMMEL, accepted the award on November 18 in Brussels.
