Torres will drive the company's business performance, drawing on her over 25 years of international experience, including in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Ludwigsburg, October 6th, 2025 – Global filtration expert MANN+HUMMEL is pleased to welcome Norma Torres as the new Sales Director for Western Europe in the Automotive Aftermarket. Torres joins the MANN+HUMMEL Group from Robert Bosch, where she served as Regional Director for Spain and Portugal in Bosch Automotive Aftermarket. Over the course of her career, she has accumulated more than 25 years of international experience in various functions, including purchasing, logistics, and sales.

Norma Torres will succeed Jorge Sala, who was appointed Vice President Automotive Aftermarket for Europe last February. „We warmly welcome Norma and look forward to growing together with her and benefiting from her extensive experience in leading companies, teams, and strategic projects across more than a dozen countries,” summarized Jorge Sala.
